About Me
I am Edina, a Biodynamic and Visionary Craniosacral Therapist, ScarWork Specialist, Reiki Master, Buteyko Breathing Instructor and a BEMER Partner.
I am also a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CST) and follow their code of ethics and requirements for Continuous Professional Development.
Although I initially graduated as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, a further professional development course led me to Visionary Craniosacral Work. I find that the Visionary Approach is more powerful, offering a deeper connection to self and a deeper spiritual experience.
Visionary Practioner
To explain what it means to be a Visionary practitioner, please let me quote from Hugh Milne, the founder of Visionary Craniosacral Work who is also an amazing teacher, healer and author.
A visionary knows how to touch a client with precise and gentle contacts that help the client feel more aligned, and more at home in themselves. Sometimes, by touching just the right place in just the right way, a visionary can help the client understand what troubles them, and what they need to reclaim their equanimity, and their place in life. Such work can also help the client access and release their healing potential.
